This establishment has been in this training for over twenty years, have gathered great experiences.
Kowa college of science and health technology is the only college of science and health technology that has a specialist hospital attached to the college. We believe that this is of great advantage for Our students, as they would be exposed to more practical training right from inception, making them more skillful in delivering quality services than their counterparts in other institutions. We are determined, highly dedicated, and professionally programmed to train and instill the right health care principles to stop the menace of quackery in the health care sector.
Kowa college of science and health technology was started in 2019. Lafia Kowa specialist Hospital Ijebuode has however been training middle health assistants called auxiliary nurses to feel in the gap created by inadequate qualified and registered nurses. The hospital started this training in 1996 and has turned out a great number of students for over twenty years.
This training which was initially set up as basic practical exposure of students to assist registered nurses and doctors in their duties has now metamorphosized to a government-approved college of science and health technology. We run Diploma courses and some certificate courses in health to produce quality and skilled middle-level health work services to serve the nation.
It is on this background that we ask for your patronage, support, and create awareness for the academic and professional courses that will be of use to the nation in the health care sector.
